It’s not easy carrying the weight of expectations—whether at work, in relationships, or within yourself. I provide online therapy for individuals who are feeling stressed, stuck, or burned out, as well as those navigating a toxic work environment. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can find clarity, begin to recover, and move forward with confidence. I also integrate spiritually informed approaches when desired, helping clients explore meaning, healing, and personal growth.

With over 12 years of experience in professional helping roles—including as a coach, career advisor, grievance officer, mindfulness instructor, and learning strategist—I bring a broad perspective to my work as a therapist.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I integrate these diverse experiences into a compassionate, client-centred approach. This background allows me to understand the complexities of workplace challenges, burnout, life transitions, and personal struggles from multiple angles.
